found in their native regions, however, many other parts of the
country add their own little flair or touch to the basic

Texas BBQ Sauce Recipe
1 c catsup
1 T sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
1 c water
1 t celery
1/4 c vinegar
1/8 t Tabasco sauce
In sauce pan, combine all ingredients.
Heat to boiling, let simmer
for 30 minutes.
